Enregistre-toi de 19:15 UTC (GMT) à 18:30h UTC du jour suivant. Nous tirerons au sort 10 gagnants qui recevront 2 places pour la Tokio Hotel Party en Allemagne.
Les gagants seront tirés au sort CHAQUE SOIR à 19h00 UTC du 29 octobre au 24 Novembre 2008.

Les regles de ce concours:
Une seule inscription est autorisée nominativement et par jour. Les personnes qui s’inscrivent plusieurs fois dans la même journée seront automatiquement éliminées pour le tirage au sort du jour.


IMPORTANT: Les données personnelles que vous remplissez pour le concours vous seront demandées (si vous gagnez un ticket) lors de la Fan Party - elles doivent donc impérativement correspondre avec celles de ton passport / ta carte d'identié!


Pour des questions légales, ce concours est uniquement ouvert aux personnes qui ont 16 ans ou plus le jour de la Fan Party, donc le 30 Novembre.

FAN PARTY - CONTEST RULES & AGE RESTRICTION!
We´ve received a lot of sad emails over the last few days from fans asking why they are not allowed to particpate in the Fan Party contest if they are under the age of 16. We have now tried to figure out a way to make it possible for fans under 16 to participate as well! Please read the contest rules below for answers to this and other questions:

1. Fans who are under the age of 16 may not participate in the Fan Party contest - no exceptions (this is due to German law - no way around it).
2. If you are younger than 16 years old you can ask your parents to participate in the contest. In the case they win they can come with you (+ you can also bring one friend) to the fan party. We´ll set up a sperate area for parents in the entrance area of the venue (parents may not enter the fan party though. The reason for this: We want to give as many fans as possible the chance to participate in the event and we don´t want parents to take up fan spots). Every fan under the age of 16 MUST bring their mother / father (siblings, relatives, friends of the family etc. do NOT count). Here is an example: Let´s say Patricia is 14 years old – she can NOT participate in the contest but her mother can and let´s assume she wins a ticket. Now her mother (and only her mother since her details are included on the ticket) can come with Patricia to the fan party. Since the mother won´t take up a spot, Patricia can also bring one of her friends. HOWEVER, if her friend is under the age of 16, her friend also needs to bring her mother or father. Otherwise access will be denied for the friend.
3. When you participate in the fan party contest you need to make sure that all the data you enter is 100% correct - all your details will be included on the Fan Party ticket. The only way you will get access to the fan party is if ALL data on your ticket matches the data in your passport exactly!
4. It is not possible to change the data on your ticket. If you can´t come to the party for some reason your ticket can NOT be transferred to someone else.
5. Anyone who wants to enter the fan party needs to have a passport and their personalized fan ticket!
6. Data of all winners will be saved and available for the people at the door on the night of the fan party (they will double check every single person´s data!).
7. We hope that all these explanations clarify the situation. Please do not contact the venue (Hühnerposten) for any inquiries since they are not involved in the planning of the event.
8. In REALLY urgent cases you can send an email to: TokioHotelFanparty@Gmail.com - please only send sincere inquiries about the fan party (and only about the fan party) to this address. We will try to get back to you as soon as possible (we will only answer questions that are not already explained in the contest rules - these rules can NOT be changed under any circumstance)

Fan Party: Les règles du concours et la restriction d’âge.

Nous avons reçu beaucoup de mails plaintifs de la part des fans qui demandaient pourquoi elles ne pouvaient pas participer au concours de la Fan Party si elles avaient moins de 16 ans. Nous avons maintenant décidé de trouver un moyen pour que cela soit possible et que les fans de moins de 16 ans puissent aussi participer ! Lisez, s’il vous plaît, les règles du concours ci-dessous pour les réponses et autres questions :

1. Les fans qui ont moins de 16 ans ne peuvent pas participer au concours de la Fan Party, pas d’exception (en accord avec le droit allemand, aucun moyen de délibérer).

2. Si vous avez moins de 16 ans, vous pouvez demander à vos parents de participer au concours. S’ils gagnent, ils peuvent vous accompagner à la fan party (vous pouvez aussi amener un ami). Nous installeront une zone séparée pour les parents à l’entrée (les parents ne pourront cependant pas assister à la fan party. La raison est la suivante : nous voulons donner une chance à tous les fans possibles de participer à l’évènement et nous ne voulons pas que les parents prennent la place des fans). Tous les fans de moins de 16 ans DOIVENT être accompagnés par leur mère/père (frère ou sœur, relations familiales, amis de la famille, etc ne comptent pas !). Voici un exemple : prenons Patricia qui a 14 ans. Elle ne peut pas participer au concours mais sa mère le peut et disons qu’elle gagne un ticket. C’est sa mère (et seulement sa mère, puisque ses renseignements sont inscrits sur le ticket) qui peut venir avec Patricia à la fan party. Ensuite, du fait que sa mère ne pourra pas entrer, Patricia peut également amener une de ses amies. Pourtant, si son amie a moins de 16 ans, cette amie a aussi besoin d’amener sa mère ou son père. Sinon l’accès sera interdit pour l’amie en question.

3. Quand vous participez au concours, vous devez être sûr que toutes les informations que vous remplissez sont 100% correctes ; tous les détails seront inscrits sur le ticket de la fan party. La seule façon dont vous accèderez à la fan party sera si TOUS les renseignements sur votre ticket correspondent exactement à votre carte d’identité ou passeport !

4. Il est impossible de changer ou modifier les renseignements sur votre ticket. Si vous ne pouvez pas venir à la fan party pour quelque raison que ce soit, votre ticket NE PEUT PAS être donné à quelqu’un d’autre.

5. Toute personne voulant se rendre à la fan party a besoin d’avoir un passeport/ carte d’identité et leur ticket personnel !

6. Les renseignements pour tous les gagnants seront sauvegardés et seront placés à la disponibilité du personnel à l’entrée la nuit de la fan party (ils vérifieront de nouveau les renseignements de chaque personne !).

7. Nous espérons que toutes ces explications clarifieront la situation. Vous êtes priés de ne pas contacter la direction (Hühnerposten) pour toute demande car ils ne sont, en aucun cas, engagés dans la planification de l’évènement.

8. S’il y a vraiment urgence, vous pouvez envoyer un email à : TokioHotelFanparty@Gmail.com. N’envoyez qu’un mail sérieux à propos de la fan party (et seulement à propos de la fan party) à cette adresse. Nous essaierons de vous répondre dès que possible (nous ne répondrons qu’aux questions qui ne sont pas déjà expliquées dans les règles du concours. Quelque soient les circonstances, ces règles NE PEUVENT PAS être changées).

Please do not send emails to the fan party email address if your question is already being answered in the contest rules! We won´t answer single emails anymore because it´s impossible due to the unbelievable amount of emails we are receiving. However, we will post answers to the most frequently asked questions here.
Q1. Will Tokio Hotel pay for travel costs?
A1.Winning a ticket only includes admission to the fan party. We won´t cover any travel costs.
Q2. I´m one of the older fans – you announced in your rules that parents won´t be allowed to enter. Is that true?
A2. Everyone who has a valid ticket and wants to attend the event is more than welcome.
Q3. It seems unfair that fans from certain countries seem to win more often than the ones from other countries.
A3. Choosing the winners is an automatic selection process. If there are a lot more people participating from a certain country than the chances are higher that more people from that country will recieve tickets. For example, if most of the contest participants are from Germany, than the chances are higher that there will be more German winners. EVERY person participating in this contest has exactly the same odds.
