We're extremely hyped to tell that
Tokio Hotel will be performing in Helsinki next Wednesday! They
will be doing a Charity Show called Elämä Lapselle (A Life for a
Child) which aids children's hospitals in Finland. Tokio Hotel will
be the lead performer. They did this last time in 2007 with Übers
Ende der Welt and will now possibly sing Automatisch as it is

Tokio Hotel Life in a child-headlining
concert
Achieved great international popularity of German band Tokio Hotel
there is a child-life concert in Hartwall Areena 9.9.2009 at
19.00-22.00. The band was also accompanied by a concert in 2007,
which is so far the only band in Finland. The band can be found in
the list, merit awards mm. MTV Video Music Awards and the MTV
European Music Awards events. The band's albums have been sold
globally for more than two million copies. Tokio Hotel Life in a
child, thereby complementing the concert of the already massive

Teinien keskuudessa suursuosiota nauttiva Tokio Hotel saapui viime yönä Helsinkiin. IS tapasi yhtyeen Helsingin keskustan hotellissa, jossa saksalaisyhtye vietti aikaa odottaen illan esiintymistään Elämä lapselle -konsertissa.
- Tulimme viime yönä ja lähdemme varhain aamulla, joten valitettavasti emme ehdi nähdä Helsinkiä enempää kuin näemme hotellin ikkunasta. Onneksi maisema ainakin on kaunis, laulaja Bill Kaulitz sanoo.
Vaikka aikaa olisi enemmänkin, ei yhtye välttämättä uskaltautuisi ostoksille.
- Jouduimme luopumaan yksityisyydestämme 15-vuotiaina. Kaikki tunnistavat meidät heti, pitivät he sitten musiikistamme tai eivät. Emme voi edes kävellä kadulla normaalisti. Yksityisyyttä meillä ei ole senkään takia, että teemme töitä bändin parissa 320 päivää vuodessa, kitaristi Tom Kaulitz kertoo.

- Nous sommes arrivés hier soir, et nous allons repartir tôt le matin, donc malheureusement, nous n’avons pas beaucoup de temps pour voir Helsinki de manière un peu plus poussée que par les fenêtres de nos chambres d’hôtel. Tout de même, le paysage est magnifique, dit le chanteur Bill Kaulitz.
Bien qu’ils adorent ça, les garçons n’ont pas osé sortir faire du shopping.
- Nous avons dû renoncer à la vie privée depuis l’âge de 15 ans. Tout le monde dans la rue nous reconnait quand on sort, et ceci, qu’ils écoutent notre musique ou pas. On ne peut plus se balader normalement. Nous n’avons pas non plus de vie privée, puisque nous travaillons pour le groupe, ce qui nous prend 320 jours par an, ajoute le guitariste Tom Kaulitz.
